Custom Passport Shield
Custom Passport Style helmet shields are handmade, built out of two 8/9oz. pieces of veg-tan leather putting them close to 20oz. Made to last! They are reinforced with a brass strip on the back to keep whichever bend you desire. Made with heavy duty Velcro. They come standard with ONE Nozzleman Leather Passport to put on during live fire training to protect the velcro when not having a passport on. If you would like to add a custom numbered passport please select that option and stated the number you would like. Our numbered passports come standard with Old English style font.
*** Passport size is 3” tall by 4” wide, if you need a small passport size please put that in the notes.
SIZE - Our shields work with almost any traditional American fire helmet. Ex. Phenix TL2, Cairns, MSA.. etc.They are approx 6 inches tall. Refer to our sizing guide.
MOUNTING HOLES - Shields will NOT come with holes drilled due to all the differences between helmets, you will have to drill mounting holes to the distance your helmet takes. Please see our mounting guide!
